A recent question on another Forum asked if Winchester Model 21's ever came factory with a Hydra-Coil stock for recoil reduction.
I have searched my Model 21 and Winchester paper collection and cannot find any mention of a Hydra-Coil stock being offered for the Model 21. I have just about every specific Model 21 piece of paper there is and a number of Winchester general catalogs but no mention of the Hydra-Coil being offered for the Model 21 or Model 12 shotgun. If someone can point me in the direction of a piece of Winchester paper showing the Hydra-coil being offered for any Winchester shotgun, I would appreciate it. A jpg of the applicable page(s) would also be nice.
Now Winchester would try to do whatever the customer wanted usually so my suggestion was to obtain a Cody letter to be sure. Thanks for any replies.-Dick
