I found out (at Shotgun World forum) that Pauline Muerrle is doing engraving in her own shop. Here's a link to her site:

If you look under the "gallery" section of her site, there is a picture of all the Custom Shop employees (at the time) including Grant Tom.

Pauline Muerrle has recently joined the Forum. Pauline was the last Winchester engraver working in the Custom Shop and her father worked for Winchester for many years. As such, Pauline brings a wealth of institutional knowledge to the Forum and is a welcome addition.-Dick

Pauline engraved this new pre 64 trap grade for me over 10 years ago, and it's a fantastic job. She takes her work seriously, but I am prettys sure she will only engrave winchester guns.
